في بيان وصل إلى جريدة الفرقان نسخة منه أعلن المجلس الإسلامي في ويندسور فجر اليوم أن اول ايام شهر شوال أي أول أيام عيد الفطر المبارك هو يوم الخميس الموافق فيه 13 مايو 2021.
و قال المجلس أنه إتبع أسلوب الحسابات الفلكية العلمية بشرط إمكانية رؤية الهلال ، لتحديد بداية شهر شوال.

- The Imams’ Council is following the method of scientific astronomical calculations with the condition of the possibility of moonsighting.
